DataHifel is a Delhi-based engineering team working with US companies remotely. India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of the continental US, so this is an asynchronous partnership: work progresses during your night, and one scheduled call keeps decisions moving.

Working hours with United States

  • Time difference. India is 9.5–10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time and 12.5–13.5 hours ahead of Pacific, depending on daylight saving.
  • Shared hours. There is no natural overlap in a standard 9-to-6 day on both sides. Live collaboration needs an early US call or a late India call.
  • How we run it. We plan around that: detailed written handoffs at the end of each India day, and one fixed call window agreed at the start of the engagement.
