The Challenge

Trips, invoices and payments lived in three places: a dispatcher's register, spreadsheets in the accounts room, and Tally. Month-end meant reconciling all three by hand. Invoices went out late, disputes took days to trace, and nobody could answer "which vehicle made money this month" without a weekend of work.

One system of record for the transport business. How We Worked

We started with the two reports the owner actually looked at and built backwards from those. Each module went live on its own, ran alongside the old process for one cycle, then replaced it. Staff trained on real data, not demos.

What This Shows

ERP for a mid-size operator does not need an SAP budget. It needs someone to sit with the dispatcher and the accountant and build exactly what they do, in the order they do it.
