Business Process Automation & Workflow
Automate repetitive work and connect business systems with workflow automation, RPA, integrations and intelligent process orchestration.
Key Capabilities & Deliverables
- Workflow Automation & Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Third-party API & ERP Integrations
- Document & Data Extraction Pipelines
- Automated QA & Reporting Workflows
- Business Logic Orchestration
Eliminate operational toil and manual reconciliation by connecting your CRM, billing, logistics, and internal tools through automated webhooks and process pipelines.
Who This Is For
For operations, finance and support teams losing hours to re-keying the same data between systems, and for businesses where a process runs on one person remembering the steps. If you can describe the work as a checklist someone follows every day, it can usually be automated.
What You Get
We remove manual handoffs between the systems you already run. That means integrations that keep records in step, rules that route work to the right queue, and pipelines that pull data out of documents and into your database — with logging and alerting so a failed run is visible rather than silent.
What We Deliver
- System-to-system integration
- Bidirectional sync between CRM, ERP, billing, logistics and support tools, with conflict handling and replay so a failed run can be re-processed without duplicating records.
- Workflow and approval automation
- Multi-step processes with branching rules, approvals, escalation and a full audit trail of who approved what and when.
- Document and data extraction
- Turning invoices, forms and statements into structured records automatically, with low-confidence extractions routed to a person rather than guessed at.
- Reconciliation pipelines
- Automated matching between transaction sources — bank statements, accounting ledgers, internal systems — with exceptions surfaced daily instead of discovered at month end.
- Scheduled reporting and alerting
- Reports that build and deliver themselves on a schedule, and threshold alerts that reach the right person through the channel they actually read.
How We Work
- Discover (1 week) — We map the business problem before writing code: who the users are, which systems already hold the data, what "done" has to look like, and what the real constraints are on budget, compliance and timeline.
- Define (1–2 weeks) — We agree the architecture, the integration points and the scope of the first release, then write it down. You get a build plan you can hold us to, not an open-ended retainer.
- Build (2–8 weeks) — Delivery runs in short increments against a working environment you can see. Automated tests and code review are part of the increment, not a phase bolted on at the end.
- Deliver (1–2 weeks) — We ship to production with monitoring and rollback in place, migrate data, and hand over documentation and access. Code lives in your repository throughout.
- Optimize (Ongoing) — After launch we watch the real numbers, fix what the telemetry exposes, and ship the next increment. The ABC Transport ERP, for example, still receives new modules every month.
How We Choose the Stack
n8n, Make and custom services for orchestration; direct API and webhook integrations against the platforms you run; Python for extraction and transformation; queues and retry logic so a third-party outage delays work rather than losing it.
Related Work
- ABC Transport: automated daily reconciliation — Trips, invoices and payments previously lived in a dispatcher register, spreadsheets and Tally, reconciled by hand at month end with days of delay. Dispatch now logs a trip once and billing, fleet reports and the ledger all read from that entry.
Automation & Workflow FAQ
- What should we automate first?
- The process that is highest volume and most rule-based, not the one that is most annoying. We start by timing the actual steps with the people who do them, which frequently shows the expensive work is somewhere nobody had flagged. Anything still requiring real judgement stays with a person, with the automation preparing the decision.
- What happens when an automation fails?
- Every run is logged, failures raise an alert rather than passing silently, and jobs are built to be safely re-runnable so reprocessing does not create duplicates. Where a third-party API is down, work queues and retries instead of being dropped. Silent failure is the one outcome an automation must never have.
- Do we have to replace our existing software?
- No — the point is usually to make what you already own work together. We integrate against your current CRM, accounting and operations tools through their APIs. Replacement only comes up when a system has no integration surface at all, and then it is your call, made with the cost in front of you.
- Who owns the code you write?
- You do. Work is committed to a repository you own and control from day one, along with the infrastructure definitions, environment configuration and deployment scripts needed to run it without us. There is no proprietary runtime or licence you have to keep paying for to use what we built.
- How do engagements usually start?
- With a scoping conversation, not a proposal template. We look at the systems and data you already have, agree what the first release needs to do, and come back with a written build plan covering scope, sequence and timeline. If that plan says the work is smaller than you expected, we will tell you.
- How do you work across time zones?
- Our team works from Delhi, and how much of the day we share depends on where you are. With the Gulf it is close to a full working day; with the UK and Europe it is a few hours each morning; with North America there is no natural overlap, so we work from written handoffs and one scheduled call. Each market page sets out the actual hours for that region.
