Cloud & DevOps Engineering Services

Secure, scalable cloud architecture, DevOps automation, CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code and cloud optimization for modern businesses.

Key Capabilities & Deliverables

  • Cloud Migration & Architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Kubernetes & Container Orchestration
  • CI/CD Pipeline Automation
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Cloud Security & Cost Optimization

We engineer cloud infrastructure as code, automated GitOps deployment pipelines and right-sized Kubernetes clusters, with monitoring and a tested rollback in place before anything reaches production.

Who This Is For

For teams whose deployments have become slow, manual or frightening, and for products that outgrew the setup they launched on. Typical triggers are a release that needs a maintenance window, a cloud bill nobody can explain line by line, or an infrastructure that only one person understands.

What You Get

We design cloud infrastructure that is written down as code, is built to deploy without taking the product offline, and can be rebuilt from an empty account if it ever has to be. The output is not a diagram: it is Terraform in your repository, pipelines that build and deploy on merge, monitoring that pages the right person, and documentation your own engineers can operate from.

What We Deliver

Infrastructure as code
Terraform modules covering networking, compute, data stores and access, with separate environments built from the same definitions so staging genuinely resembles production.
Cloud migration and architecture
Moving workloads to AWS, Azure or GCP in stages that keep the existing system serving traffic, with a documented cutover and a tested rollback for each stage.
Kubernetes and container orchestration
Cluster setup, resource limits, autoscaling and graceful shutdown handling — including the pre-stop hooks and readiness gates that are the actual difference between a rolling update and a burst of 502s.
CI/CD pipelines
Build, test and deploy automation with progressive rollout, so shipping is a merge rather than an evening. Database migrations follow an expand-and-contract pattern that keeps releases reversible.
Observability and cost control
Metrics, logs and traces wired to alerts that mean something, plus right-sizing and commitment planning that makes the cloud bill explainable line by line.

How We Work

  1. Discover (1 week) — We map the business problem before writing code: who the users are, which systems already hold the data, what "done" has to look like, and what the real constraints are on budget, compliance and timeline.
  2. Define (1–2 weeks) — We agree the architecture, the integration points and the scope of the first release, then write it down. You get a build plan you can hold us to, not an open-ended retainer.
  3. Build (2–8 weeks) — Delivery runs in short increments against a working environment you can see. Automated tests and code review are part of the increment, not a phase bolted on at the end.
  4. Deliver (1–2 weeks) — We ship to production with monitoring and rollback in place, migrate data, and hand over documentation and access. Code lives in your repository throughout.
  5. Optimize (Ongoing) — After launch we watch the real numbers, fix what the telemetry exposes, and ship the next increment. The ABC Transport ERP, for example, still receives new modules every month.

How We Choose the Stack

AWS, Azure and GCP; Terraform for infrastructure definitions; Kubernetes, Docker and ArgoCD for deployment; Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog for observability; GitHub Actions and GitLab CI for pipelines. We fit the tools you already run where they are working, and say plainly when something is worth replacing.

Cloud & DevOps Engineering FAQ

Can you migrate us without taking the product offline?
Usually yes. We migrate in stages behind the existing system, run both in parallel while data syncs, and cut over once the new path is serving correctly. Each stage has a rollback that has been tested rather than assumed. Where a short window is genuinely unavoidable we tell you up front and schedule it.
Will we be locked into you for operations afterwards?
No. The infrastructure is Terraform in your repository, the pipelines run in your CI, and handover includes runbooks and a walkthrough with your team. Clients who keep us on afterwards do it because they want the capacity, not because they cannot operate what we built.
Can you reduce our cloud spend?
Often, and the first step is making the bill legible — tagging resources by service and environment so you can see where the money goes. From there the usual wins are right-sizing over-provisioned instances, removing orphaned resources, moving steady workloads onto commitments and putting non-production environments on a schedule.
Who owns the code you write?
You do. Work is committed to a repository you own and control from day one, along with the infrastructure definitions, environment configuration and deployment scripts needed to run it without us. There is no proprietary runtime or licence you have to keep paying for to use what we built.
How do engagements usually start?
With a scoping conversation, not a proposal template. We look at the systems and data you already have, agree what the first release needs to do, and come back with a written build plan covering scope, sequence and timeline. If that plan says the work is smaller than you expected, we will tell you.
How do you work across time zones?
Our team works from Delhi, and how much of the day we share depends on where you are. With the Gulf it is close to a full working day; with the UK and Europe it is a few hours each morning; with North America there is no natural overlap, so we work from written handoffs and one scheduled call. Each market page sets out the actual hours for that region.
