Marketing Analytics & Growth Technology

Use marketing analytics, automation, attribution and growth technology to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

Key Capabilities & Deliverables

  • Multi-touch Attribution Modeling
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP) Integrations
  • Conversion Rate Optimization Engineering
  • Marketing Automation Infrastructure
  • Predictive LTV & Churn Analytics

Connect marketing investments directly to revenue attribution with server-side conversion tracking (CAPI) and customer journey automation.

Who This Is For

For marketing and growth teams that can see spend and revenue but cannot reliably connect the two, and for businesses where customer data is scattered across an ad platform, an email tool and a CRM that disagree about who a customer is.

What You Get

We build the measurement and automation layer underneath marketing: unified customer records, server-side conversion tracking that survives browser restrictions, attribution you can defend in a board meeting, and lifecycle automation that runs off behaviour rather than a manual list export.

What We Deliver

Customer data platform implementation
Segment or RudderStack set up with a documented tracking plan, so events mean the same thing across web, app and back end instead of accreting differently in each.
Server-side conversion tracking
Meta CAPI, Google Ads and GA4 server-side integration, so conversion data keeps flowing as browser tracking restrictions tighten.
Multi-touch attribution
Attribution modelling across channels with the assumptions written down, so the numbers can be challenged and reproduced rather than taken on faith.
Lifecycle and retention automation
Onboarding, activation and win-back sequences triggered by product behaviour, with holdout groups so you can tell whether a campaign actually caused anything.
Conversion engineering and experimentation
Landing page and funnel work with A/B testing infrastructure, and enough traffic-based discipline to know when a result is real.

How We Work

  1. Discover (1 week) — We map the business problem before writing code: who the users are, which systems already hold the data, what "done" has to look like, and what the real constraints are on budget, compliance and timeline.
  2. Define (1–2 weeks) — We agree the architecture, the integration points and the scope of the first release, then write it down. You get a build plan you can hold us to, not an open-ended retainer.
  3. Build (2–8 weeks) — Delivery runs in short increments against a working environment you can see. Automated tests and code review are part of the increment, not a phase bolted on at the end.
  4. Deliver (1–2 weeks) — We ship to production with monitoring and rollback in place, migrate data, and hand over documentation and access. Code lives in your repository throughout.
  5. Optimize (Ongoing) — After launch we watch the real numbers, fix what the telemetry exposes, and ship the next increment. The ABC Transport ERP, for example, still receives new modules every month.

How We Choose the Stack

Segment and RudderStack for the customer data layer; GA4, Meta CAPI and Google Ads for conversion pipelines; dbt and your warehouse for attribution modelling; Customer.io, Braze and similar for lifecycle messaging.

Marketing & Growth Tech FAQ

Why do our ad platform numbers disagree with our CRM?
Because they count different things over different windows. Ad platforms attribute on their own click and view windows and deduplicate on their own identity graph; your CRM counts closed records. Neither is lying. The fix is a warehouse-side model that both can be reconciled against, which is usually the first thing we build.
Is server-side tracking worth the setup cost?
If a meaningful share of your spend is optimised against conversion signals, yes — browser-side tracking loses events to ad blockers, privacy settings and short cookie lifetimes, and the platforms optimise against what they receive. If you are spending small amounts on a few channels, it is premature.
Do you run campaigns as well?
No. We build and operate the technology layer — tracking, data, automation and experimentation infrastructure. Creative and media buying stay with your team or your agency. We are frequently brought in precisely because an agency needs measurement they can trust before they will stand behind their own numbers.
Who owns the code you write?
You do. Work is committed to a repository you own and control from day one, along with the infrastructure definitions, environment configuration and deployment scripts needed to run it without us. There is no proprietary runtime or licence you have to keep paying for to use what we built.
How do engagements usually start?
With a scoping conversation, not a proposal template. We look at the systems and data you already have, agree what the first release needs to do, and come back with a written build plan covering scope, sequence and timeline. If that plan says the work is smaller than you expected, we will tell you.
How do you work across time zones?
Our team works from Delhi, and how much of the day we share depends on where you are. With the Gulf it is close to a full working day; with the UK and Europe it is a few hours each morning; with North America there is no natural overlap, so we work from written handoffs and one scheduled call. Each market page sets out the actual hours for that region.
