Enterprise Systems & Digital Transformation

Modernize enterprise systems with consulting, ERP integration, system integration, automation and scalable digital transformation solutions.

Key Capabilities & Deliverables

  • ERP & CRM Core Customizations
  • Enterprise Integration Architecture
  • Legacy Infrastructure Modernization
  • Multi-region High Availability Systems
  • Compliance & Data Security Frameworks

We modernize legacy operations with custom ERPs, Tally and SAP middleware bridges, role-based workflows, and audit-compliant security controls.

Who This Is For

For established organisations running ERP, CRM or finance systems that no longer talk to each other, and where a single customer record is assembled by hand from three screens. Typically the systems each work; the cost sits in the gaps between them.

What You Get

We connect and modernise enterprise systems without a full replacement programme. That means integration middleware between platforms, single sign-on across them, customisations to core systems where the standard product does not fit, and a migration path that moves in stages rather than betting the operation on one cutover date.

What We Deliver

ERP and CRM integration
Middleware connecting SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, Tally and custom platforms, with field mapping, conflict rules and reconciliation so records stay consistent across systems.
Single sign-on and access management
SAML and OIDC integration with Okta, Azure AD or your existing directory, giving one identity, one offboarding step and one audit trail across applications.
Core system customisation
Extending ERP and CRM platforms to match how your business actually operates, built on supported extension points so upgrades do not undo the work.
Legacy modernisation and migration
Moving off ageing platforms in stages, with data migration validated against the source and both systems running in parallel until the new one is proven.
Compliance and audit tooling
Access reviews, immutable audit logs and evidence collection that make SOC 2 or ISO 27001 preparation a reporting exercise rather than a scramble.

How We Work

  1. Discover (1 week) — We map the business problem before writing code: who the users are, which systems already hold the data, what "done" has to look like, and what the real constraints are on budget, compliance and timeline.
  2. Define (1–2 weeks) — We agree the architecture, the integration points and the scope of the first release, then write it down. You get a build plan you can hold us to, not an open-ended retainer.
  3. Build (2–8 weeks) — Delivery runs in short increments against a working environment you can see. Automated tests and code review are part of the increment, not a phase bolted on at the end.
  4. Deliver (1–2 weeks) — We ship to production with monitoring and rollback in place, migrate data, and hand over documentation and access. Code lives in your repository throughout.
  5. Optimize (Ongoing) — After launch we watch the real numbers, fix what the telemetry exposes, and ship the next increment. The ABC Transport ERP, for example, still receives new modules every month.

How We Choose the Stack

SAP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Tally on the platform side; custom middleware in Node.js, Java and .NET; message queues for reliable delivery between systems; Okta and Azure AD for identity. Integration is built around documented APIs so a platform upgrade does not break the connection.

Enterprise Solutions FAQ

Do we have to replace our ERP?
Usually not. Most of the pain we are asked to fix comes from systems not talking to each other, which integration solves at a fraction of the cost and risk of replacement. Replacement is worth discussing when a platform is out of support, cannot be extended, or is licensed in a way that costs more than a rebuild.
How do you migrate data without losing anything?
By migrating in stages and validating each one against the source with reconciliation reports, not by trusting the import log. Both systems run in parallel while records are compared, and we do not switch off the old one until the counts and totals agree. Anything that fails validation is a named exception someone reviews.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes, and that is how most enterprise engagements run. Your team knows the systems and the politics; we bring delivery capacity and integration experience. We work in your repositories and your ticketing system, and we document as we go so the knowledge stays with you.
Who owns the code you write?
You do. Work is committed to a repository you own and control from day one, along with the infrastructure definitions, environment configuration and deployment scripts needed to run it without us. There is no proprietary runtime or licence you have to keep paying for to use what we built.
How do engagements usually start?
With a scoping conversation, not a proposal template. We look at the systems and data you already have, agree what the first release needs to do, and come back with a written build plan covering scope, sequence and timeline. If that plan says the work is smaller than you expected, we will tell you.
How do you work across time zones?
Our team works from Delhi, and how much of the day we share depends on where you are. With the Gulf it is close to a full working day; with the UK and Europe it is a few hours each morning; with North America there is no natural overlap, so we work from written handoffs and one scheduled call. Each market page sets out the actual hours for that region.
