Who This Is For
This work suits teams that already hold useful data — support transcripts, contracts, product telemetry, transaction history — and want a system that acts on it rather than another dashboard about it. It is a poor fit if the underlying data is not yet collected or trustworthy; in that case we would start you on data engineering first and say so.
What You Get
We build and deploy AI systems that run against your own data and stay inside your own infrastructure. That means retrieval pipelines over your documents, models tuned to your domain vocabulary, and clear evaluation so you can tell whether the thing actually works before it reaches customers. Every deployment ships with guardrails, logging and a way to measure answer quality over time.
What We Deliver
- Retrieval-augmented generation over your content
- Document ingestion, chunking and embedding pipelines feeding a vector store, with retrieval tuned and measured against a question set drawn from your real users rather than a generic benchmark.
- Domain-tuned language model workflows
- Prompt architecture, structured output contracts and, where it earns its cost, fine-tuning — so the model returns data your systems can consume instead of prose someone has to re-key.
- Predictive models on operational data
- Churn, demand, credit and maintenance models built on your transaction history, delivered with the feature pipeline and retraining schedule that keeps them accurate after launch.
- Document and image extraction
- OCR and classification pipelines that turn scanned forms, invoices and KYC documents into structured records, with confidence thresholds routing the uncertain cases to a human queue.
- Evaluation and guardrails
- Regression suites for model output, prompt-injection and PII checks, cost and latency budgets, and dashboards showing quality trends so a silent degradation does not go unnoticed.
How We Work
- Discover (1 week) — We map the business problem before writing code: who the users are, which systems already hold the data, what "done" has to look like, and what the real constraints are on budget, compliance and timeline.
- Define (1–2 weeks) — We agree the architecture, the integration points and the scope of the first release, then write it down. You get a build plan you can hold us to, not an open-ended retainer.
- Build (2–8 weeks) — Delivery runs in short increments against a working environment you can see. Automated tests and code review are part of the increment, not a phase bolted on at the end.
- Deliver (1–2 weeks) — We ship to production with monitoring and rollback in place, migrate data, and hand over documentation and access. Code lives in your repository throughout.
- Optimize (Ongoing) — After launch we watch the real numbers, fix what the telemetry exposes, and ship the next increment. The ABC Transport ERP, for example, still receives new modules every month.
How We Choose the Stack
We work with the major model providers and with open-weight models you can host yourself, alongside pgvector, Pinecone and Qdrant for retrieval, Python for the modelling layer, and the same cloud and CI foundations we use on every other engagement. The choice between a hosted API and a self-hosted model is driven by your data residency and cost constraints, not by our preference.
AI & Data Solutions FAQ
- Will our data be used to train someone else’s model?
- Not unless you choose a provider and plan where that happens, and we will flag it explicitly if a shortlisted option carries that term. For workloads where the data cannot leave your control at all, we deploy open-weight models inside your own cloud account so no content is sent to a third party.
- How do we know the AI is giving correct answers?
- We build an evaluation set from real questions before the system goes live, and score every release against it. That gives you a number to hold releases to, plus per-answer logging so a wrong result can be traced back to the documents it was drawn from. Systems that cannot be evaluated do not go to production.
- Is our data good enough to build on?
- That is the first thing we check, and sometimes the answer is no. Where the gap is small we fix it as part of the build. Where the data is genuinely not there, we will tell you what would need to change before an AI project is worth funding rather than shipping something that produces confident nonsense.
- Who owns the code you write?
- You do. Work is committed to a repository you own and control from day one, along with the infrastructure definitions, environment configuration and deployment scripts needed to run it without us. There is no proprietary runtime or licence you have to keep paying for to use what we built.
- How do engagements usually start?
- With a scoping conversation, not a proposal template. We look at the systems and data you already have, agree what the first release needs to do, and come back with a written build plan covering scope, sequence and timeline. If that plan says the work is smaller than you expected, we will tell you.
- How do you work across time zones?
- Our team works from Delhi, and how much of the day we share depends on where you are. With the Gulf it is close to a full working day; with the UK and Europe it is a few hours each morning; with North America there is no natural overlap, so we work from written handoffs and one scheduled call. Each market page sets out the actual hours for that region.
